Professional Learning Communities
As part of our Professional Learning Community, all staff are committed to the 6 C's. To facilitate this PLC work, the district has identified individuals who serve as PLC liaisons. These individuals work on behalf of the CIA Office to facilitate the improvement of instruction and implementation of the work surrounding the four questions of PLCs:
Q1) What do we want students to know and be able to do?
Q2) How will we know when students know/can do it?
Q3) What will we do when students don't learn it?
Q4) What will we do when students already know/can do it?
