Learning by Flashlight

Learning by flashlightMs. Rundell's, fourth grade class, asked at a class meeting if they could have a flashlight day. She decided they needed to do something big to earn it. Their SMART goal is that 80% of the class will score at the core level of the DIBELs DAZE assessment. If they earned 80% on a progress monitoring or one of the benchmark tests then they could have a flashlight day. On the November progress monitoring, 81% of the class scored a 17 or better, which is the benchmark for winter. On November 22nd, they got to learn by lanterns and flashlights. Way to Go!
