Watson Run Club

Watson students from grades 3, 4, and 5 are taking part in a running club to build the healthy habit of running, encourage perseverance and commitment, and to learn to use running as a stress management tool. They practice twice a week and focus the practices on learning good running techniques and increasing the distance of their runs. Run club can help instigate big improvements in performance and, more importantly, provide enduring memories, experiences and companionship. Go Wildcats!
