Happy Feet

Challenge Guidelines October 2018:
Go for at least one short 10 minute walk during the day.
Perform a foot stretch or exercise to improve foot health. Use your foot massager.

Flavor Infusion

Challenge Guidelines December 2018:
Reduce dietary intake of salt.
Add flavor by using a variety of spices and herbs each day in recipes.

Record Your Life

Challenge Guidelines February 2019:
Journal for about 20 minutes each day.

Coast To Coast

Challenge Guidelines March 25-May 5:
Exercise-at least 30 minutes
Nutrition-eat at least 2 servings of fruit and 3 servings of vegetables
Sleep-at least 7-9 hours
Hydrate-drink at least 5 cups (40 ounces) of water

Eye On Health

Challenge Guidelines June 2019:
Help avoid eyestrain by following the 20-20-20 rule during workday.
Complete or schedule a comprehensive exam with an eye care professional.
