Kindergarten Registration opens annually on February 1st. Parents/guardians of children who will be 5 years old, on or before July 31st, should register their child for enrollment into kindergarten. Here are the necessary forms that must be completed and submitted for Kindergarten Registration.
Kindergarten Registration is available online after February 1st each year. Go to https://tinyurl.com/HPSonline.
HPS offers in-person assistance for those unable to complete the Online Registration Process at home. Please call 402-461-7578 to schedule an appointment to complete the online registration, at the HPS District Office.
Document Submission: Some of these can be uploaded during the online registration process, but are not required to submit the online registration. If you cannot upload these during online registration, you can upload them to your ParentVue account, or bring these documents to the HPS District Office at 1515 West 8th St. Please note that the Kindergarten registration is not complete until all required documents have been received.

- Updated Immunizations
- Physical Examination
- Dental Examination and Visual Evaluation
- Custody Documentation (if applicable)
