- Jack A Hunt, a 1964 Hastings High graduate passed away on December 28, 2020. He was in the beef business for 45 years.
- Mark D Whitaker, a 1975 Hastings High graduate passed away on December 3, 2020. He worked in management at Covert Manufacturing in Galion, Ohio and was a substitute teacher. He was also on the Board of Directors at Loudonville Public Library and Ohio State Library.
- Berdina (Hoff) Dunham, a 1944 Hastings High graduate passed away on December 12, 2020. She was a homemaker and later had Berdina’s Treasure Trove. She was a member of K.P. Sisters, Eagles and Veterans of Foreign Wars.
- Duane L Stromer, a 1953 Hastings High graduate passed away on December 14, 2020. He served in the U.S. Army and was a lawyer. He was City Attorney for Hastings and then had a private practice in Colorado.

He also was the Executive Director of Nebraska Association of County Officials and then moved to Washington D.C. where he held many offices.
- Kurth B Nelson Jr., a 1957 Hastings High graduate passed away on September 27, 2020. He served in the United States Air Force. He worked in Hastings, Nebraska, California and returned to Nebraska and retired in 2004.
- Marian S (Hohnstein) Wilson, a 1964 Hastings High graduate passed away on October 22, 2020. She retired from BD in Holdrege and then worked for the Cambridge Hospital till 2018.

- Andy Anderson, a 1967 Hastings High graduate passed away on August 24, 2020. He served in the U. S. Army during the Vietnam War and received the Purple Heart and the Bronze Star. He worked for the National Guard Training Center until 2011.
- Irene (Waterman) Lindau, a 1943 Hastings High graduate passed away on August 24, 2020. Irene was a member of the First Presbyterian Church and a former member of Mary Lanning Hospital Auxiliary and Lochland Country Club

After retirement, she was a hostess for Mid Nebraska Speedway and volunteered the Nebraska State Fair and for Mission of Mercy Dental Care.

- Larry D Weiss, a 1970 Hastings High graduate passed away on April 30, 2020. He owned Pearl Vision Center, worked for CPI in Trumbull and then Garrett Tire and Tread until his retirement. Larry was the president of Adams County 4-H Council for many years
- Bruce K Beitler, a Hastings High graduate passed away on May 3, 2020. He was a teacher at Hastings Middle School and Assistant Principal at Kearney Junior High. After retirement, he worked as an official greeter at Good Samaritan Hospital for 13 years.
- John L McBride, a Hastings High graduate passed away on May 7, 2020. He served in the U.S. Army in Japan for two years. John also became an optometrist and built McBride Vision Clinic and retired in 2006.

- Barton D. Urbauer, a 1955 Hastings High graduate passed away on December 31, 2019. Barton graduated with his M.D. in 1962 from the University of Nebraska Medical School in Omaha and Joined the U.S. Army Medical Corps as a First Lieutenant medical Officer.

- Julia Foote Mleczko, a 1981 Hastings High graduate passed away on January 13, 2020. She attended Creighton University and the University of Nebraska at Omaha graduating in 1985.
- Linda K. Niederhaus, a 1966 Hastings High graduate passed away on January 11, 2020. She taught 28 years for the Hastings Public Schools retiring in 2005.
