HMS Sports Registration Checklist
In order for 7th & 8th graders to participate in sports at HMS, four requirements must be complete before full participation is approved. They are the following:
1. Submit a current physical (after May 1, 2025) to the HMS office or upload a digital copy to our Activity Registration Site. A student may not physically participate in anything until this step is complete.
2. Register your athlete using the HMS Activity Registration Site: Arbiter Activity Registration Site. If you already have an account enter your email and password, otherwise you will need to create a new account with Arbiter. To simply register, there is no fee.
3. Submit payment ($35) for an Activity Ticket. The Activity Ticket fee helps offset costs of athletic competition (i.e. officials, uniforms, equipment,etc.) The Activity Ticket also serves as your athlete’s pass to attend HMS activities. Once purchased, these Activity Tickets may be picked up in the HMS Main Office.
There are two ways in which an Activity Ticket may be purchased:
- On the HMS RevTrak website, or
- Payment may be submitted to the HMS Main Office.
4. Parent / Guardians must attend a Parent/Guardian Meeting with the team’s coaching staff. These meetings will be conducted at HMS and your athlete’s coach will reach out to you with details about date & time. Information to be covered include team expectations, practice times, competition schedule, uniform care, and more.
